FIB-4 Liver Fibrosis Score

A simple blood-test score that estimates the likelihood of advanced liver fibrosis.

Awaiting clinical review. Results are based on validated formulas but pending physician verification.

How this is calculated

FIB-4 = (age × AST) / (platelets × √ALT). Validated cut-offs flag low risk (<1.30) vs high likelihood of advanced fibrosis (>2.67), with an age-adjusted upper cut-off of 2.0 from age 65.
