BMI Calculator (ethnicity-adjusted)
Calculate your Body Mass Index with thresholds adjusted for your ethnicity — because health risk starts at different BMI levels across populations.
How this is calculated
BMI = weight (kg) ÷ height (m)². Healthy-weight thresholds are then adjusted for ethnicity, since equivalent health risk occurs at lower BMI in several populations.
