Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 May 2026
1. The service
healthcalculus provides educational health tools — lab-report decoding, health calculators, articles, and a private family vault. By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to hold an account. Parents and guardians may add minor children as family members and manage their records.
3. Your responsibilities
- Keep your sign-in secure and your information accurate.
- Do not scrape, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Do not upload content you have no right to, or anything unlawful.
4. Medical disclaimer
healthcalculus provides educational tools and information. We are NOT a healthcare provider. Nothing on healthcalculus constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice, delay seeking it, or substitute it with information from healthcalculus.
In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
Our calculators use validated clinical formulas, but their accuracy depends on the values you enter; results should be interpreted by a qualified clinician. Our AI-generated content (report decoding, visit summaries) may contain errors — always verify against your actual medical record and discuss with your doctor.
5. Intellectual property
Site content is owned by healthcalculus. You retain all rights to the data you upload; we only process it to provide the service to you.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, healthcalculus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. For the free tier, aggregate liability is limited to ₹0.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
