Pediatric Weight-Based Drug Dose

Estimates common children's medication doses by weight and age — paracetamol, ibuprofen, amoxicillin, ORS and cetirizine. Always verify with a clinician.

Designed for healthcare professionals or trained caregivers — not for self-diagnosis. If you have symptoms, seek medical care.
Awaiting clinical review. Results are based on validated formulas but pending physician verification.

How this is calculated

Weight-based drugs: dose = weight (kg) × mg/kg. Day-based drugs split a mg/kg/day total into the standard number of doses. Age-banded drugs (cetirizine) use fixed doses by age. Maximum daily limits are enforced as safety checks.
