SCORE2 10-Year CVD Risk (Europe)

The European Society of Cardiology's SCORE2 estimate of your 10-year risk of a first fatal or non-fatal cardiovascular event, by regional risk level.

Awaiting clinical review. Results are based on validated formulas but pending physician verification.

How this is calculated

The SCORE2 (2021) sex-specific competing-risk model uses age, smoking, systolic BP, and total and HDL cholesterol, then recalibrates to one of four European risk regions. Validated against the paper's worked example (50-yr male smoker, SBP 140, TC 5.5, HDL 1.3 → 5.9% low-region to 14.0% very-high-region).
