Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI)

The standard questionnaire for overall sleep quality over the past month, scored across seven components.

Awaiting clinical review. Results are based on validated formulas but pending physician verification.

How this is calculated

Seven components (sleep quality, latency, duration, efficiency, disturbances, medication, daytime dysfunction) each score 0–3 and sum to a global 0–21. Above 5 indicates poor sleep.
